These terms describe use of this independent buyer-side sourcing website. Submitting a request asks us to review and coordinate procurement information; it does not create a purchase order, guarantee a supplier relationship or confirm any product, price, stock, document, suitability, performance or delivery date.

Information and quotation scope

Buyers are responsible for providing accurate intended use, configuration, quantity, destination and timing. Supplier quotations and statements remain the supplier's information. Commercial comparisons are meaningful only after configuration, packing, currency, trade term, freight, charges and exclusions are aligned.

Samples, documents and decisions

Samples and documents require review against the exact proposed item and order scope. We do not certify products, provide engineering approval or replace legal, regulatory, testing, installation, customs, insurance or safety specialists. Buyers retain final approval and contracting decisions.

Acceptable use
